Toby Brooks

I'm Dr. Toby Brooks, a first-generation college student, professor, author, and lifelong student of human performance. Throughout my career, I've worked as an athletic trainer, strength coach, educator, administrator, and learning scientist, helping people pursue excellence in sport, work, and life.

Becoming UnDone® explores what happens when we stop living by default and start living with intention. Through conversations with athletes, entrepreneurs, educators, leaders, and other remarkable people, I examine the moments that challenge us, reshape us, and ultimately help us become who we were meant to be.

If you've ever felt stuck, restless, burned out, or called to something more, this podcast is for you. Because sometimes the path forward isn't about becoming more—it's about becoming undone.
