Waiting is a natural part of life and yet at times the impact of waiting can feel more acute than usual.

We may be waiting to receive a phone call or an email, important news or results. Maybe we are waiting for a traffic light to change when we're in a hurry, waiting our turn in a long line, or for a bus to arrive or to board a plane and take off.  There are countless scenarios of waiting and the act of waiting can create stress for many of us. 

This is a meditation to help us find our own inner calm and peace in the act of waiting.
