Winter can be a challenge to navigate; the cold, dark days and less light picking up our spirits and warming us.  As the winter solstice (December 21) marks the shortest day/longest night of the year, it also marks a return, albeit gradual, to more light and more warmth.  This winter meditation is designed to help loosen the hold of a cold, dark season and tap into the light and warmth within.

SPOILER ALERT: You'll need a candle and a dark quiet room for this one, so prep in advance!
