Calm & Senses Season 3 Episode 3

Sometimes, we might feel like life is happening to us, instead of moving through us. Our sense of rhythm and balance is off and we don't feel like we're showing up as our "best self." We have lost our "centre".

We all know life isn't a steady reliable stream of anything. It's unpredictable, despite our best laid plans. As Jon Kabat-Zinn said:

 “You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.”

In this meditation we’ll journey inward — to reconnect with our centre.

Because within each of us, there is a calm, steady point of awareness — always present. We just need to slow down and find it within ourselves. And it's there, regardless of what is going on around us.
