Addiction can be a complex and challenging battle especially early in sobriety.
In those early months of my recovery, it seemed like everything triggered me, and on many days I would have multiple triggers that would accumulate throughout the day and I was not sure if I was going to make it through the day.

Then out of nowhere, something happens that triggers you.
Then the nagging thought of a drink kicks in, and before you know it, another relapse.
