I feel like we raised the steaks with the episode and there are plenty of meat jokes to be made about this episode, but I'll just butcher them :) All jokes aside, I had a great time talking with Jess Pryles, everyone's favorite Tex-stralian (not sure if I've heard that before, so claiming until otherwise informed) and lover of all things meat!
