Bernie and Ana - Teddy's Barbecue

Starting things off in 2024, we are jumping in with Bernie and Ana from Teddy's Barbecue in Weslaco, Texas! Teddy's is a Top50 joint in the Rio Grande Valley and the Garcia family is working on taking over the valley with all their concepts :) We spend the time talking about the Teddy's story, their expansion, and favorite bites, including some of the best beef fat tortillas in the business and what makes them so good.
