Keith Evans - "I Hate Running"

Keith Evans hated running until a friend introduced him to it. He signed up for his first 5K race, but without proper training, he struggled and finished in 24 minutes, much better than expected. Intrigued by the experience, he decided to train seriously and participated in more races, gradually improving his times. He started tracking his progress on a spreadsheet and found that being accountable helped him stay motivated and continue running. Keith gradually transitioned to longer races, completing 10Ks, half marathons, and eventually marathons. His newfound passion for running became a fulfilling hobby that helped him cope during his mother's battle with cancer.
