The recommendation for adults is 7-9 hours per night. Are you achieving this? In today’s episode we go through why sleep is important and how it can make a difference in reversing weight regain. I also provide some strategies to help you get a better night sleep.

As always, this is general advice only and you should seek our further support from your health professional if you feel like some of the nature discussed is a concern for you.
