During this episode, Victoria and Shadoe welcome Urmi Hossain to the show.  Read more about Urmi following the episode description.

Episode Description:

As always, we start with our check-in and discuss Wonder Walks. Wonder Walks are a way to tap-in to our sense of playfulness and joy on something as simple as a daily walk.  Seeking something new each day to stay in the present moment. We also go on a long tangent about squirrels.  Did you know a group of squirrels is called a scurry?

To skip the check-in portion, skip to 17:10.

Then, during the sharing portion of the episode; Shadoe opens up her regrets about letting close friendships go stale, and how she desperately wants to reach out to old friends, but, at the same time, has so many reservations about it. This leads to a conversation about uneven reciprocation, the desire to see how people change, the desire to show others how we've changed, and more.

After that, Urmi opens up about her regrets about not practicing reading and writing in her mother tongue of Bengali. She can still speak it and she can read and write in several other languages. This leads to a thoughtful conversation about slow and small solutions (like practicing one word per day) and the idea that we do not need to take action on our regrets in order to release them.

As always, we end with our three breaths of letting go.
