Let's Relieve Regret: Honest conversations for women who are tired of overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism and carrying emotional baggage.
For the woman who's tired of carrying it all.
Join Shadoe Ball and Victoria Muir-Burcea for honest conversations about letting go of guilt, regret, overwhelm, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the impossible expectations many women place on themselves.
Each episode explores the thoughts, habits, and stories that keep us stuck while sharing practical insights, personal experiences, and plenty of laughter along the way. Together, we'll talk about self-worth, confidence, emotional wellness, stress, burnout, anxiety, relationships, personal growth, and navigating the challenges of midlife with greater self-compassion.
If you've ever felt responsible for everyone else's happiness, struggled to quiet your inner critic, battled overthinking, or wondered how to stop second-guessing yourself and start living more fully, you're in the right place.
Whether you're looking for inspiration, personal development, mental wellness strategies, or simply reassurance that you're not alone, this podcast offers a welcoming space to reflect, learn, laugh, heal, and grow.
This is your invitation to put down what no longer serves you and make room for more joy, connection, confidence, freedom, and purpose.
Because the things we carry shape our lives but so does what we're willing to let go.

to skip to the regrets, tune in at 9:12
Shadoe opens up about feeling weird about the grieving process. Her grandmother passed on April 1, 2019; and, five years later, Shadoe is guilting herself over a 'proper way to grieve'.
Sam and Victoria offer great feedback and some solutions to help her find the closure she desires.
Then, Sam opens up about being bullied when he was younger. This has led to an ongoing regret about trusting the people in his corner.
This leads to a conversation about how our inner critic can be louder than many kind voices.
As always, we end the episode with our three breaths of letting go.
