Let's Relieve Regret: Honest conversations for women who are tired of overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism and carrying emotional baggage.
For the woman who's tired of carrying it all.
Join Shadoe Ball and Victoria Muir-Burcea for honest conversations about letting go of guilt, regret, overwhelm, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the impossible expectations many women place on themselves.
Each episode explores the thoughts, habits, and stories that keep us stuck while sharing practical insights, personal experiences, and plenty of laughter along the way. Together, we'll talk about self-worth, confidence, emotional wellness, stress, burnout, anxiety, relationships, personal growth, and navigating the challenges of midlife with greater self-compassion.
If you've ever felt responsible for everyone else's happiness, struggled to quiet your inner critic, battled overthinking, or wondered how to stop second-guessing yourself and start living more fully, you're in the right place.
Whether you're looking for inspiration, personal development, mental wellness strategies, or simply reassurance that you're not alone, this podcast offers a welcoming space to reflect, learn, laugh, heal, and grow.
This is your invitation to put down what no longer serves you and make room for more joy, connection, confidence, freedom, and purpose.
Because the things we carry shape our lives but so does what we're willing to let go.

Shadoe shares first. Her story is about how she has developed a fear of going out. She mentions feeling sick before each outing. But, she also knows that this is causing a negative feedback loop within herself. During the feedback session, we discover that the lifestyle she lived in her 20s is no longer serving her, and, she has yet to establish what her current lifestyle really is. Christine and Victoria challenge her to seek value from the experience instead of what 'she can offer' to others.
Then, at the 40:18 mark, Christine shares her powerful story of recovery and self-acceptance, how protecting others once came at the cost of her own well-being, and how she’s since reclaimed her strength and voice.
Together, we explore the emotional impact of words like “should,” the transformation from victim to survivor mindset, and the freedom found in creating your chosen family. A must-listen for women on a healing journey who are ready to release fear, guilt, and self-blame.
