There is power in the pause. Stop and Be in the Quiet.
We are all experience cycles not unlike that of the caterpillar and the butterfly. All of which forces us on some level to pause, be still, and reset - allowing a new way of being, letting go of your old caterpillar self, and giving us the freedom of the butterfly. The ability to let go, be inspired and hear what you may miss can be found in the quiet (or right afterwards). Don’t wait for something to force you to stop. Expand the ways you take care of yourself and you’ll notice that what you will “hear” your next steps or things will line up more easily for you.
