In this episode, I delve into the importance of feeling safe in your body, particularly for sensitive individuals, in order to facilitate lasting change.

I discuss the challenges faced by highly sensitive individuals, who may have learned to prioritise logical thinking over emotional intuition due to societal pressures.

Additionally, I highlight the tendency for sensitive individuals to absorb external influences, leading to a disconnect from their own desires and needs. 

Drawing from my own experience, I share strategies for creating a sense of safety within oneself and the importance of embodying safety in the body and I offer practical techniques to support emotional processing and release.
