EP.37 - Juggy Bajwa, Musician - "Seeing The World Through Music"

Welcome to today's episode of our podcast, where we have the honor of hearing the  remarkable journey of Jugpreet Bajwa, fondly known as Juggy. To say that Juggy is a musician would be an understatement; his exceptional talents in multilingual singing have earned him immense respect within the South Asian community. Notably, he has been acknowledged in the prestigious Bollywood community, even receiving a personal shout-out from the renowned Bollywood actor, Salman Khan.

As we explore Juggy's life, we'll soon realize that his journey has been shaped by much more than just musical accomplishments. His upbringing played a pivotal role in fostering his love for singing and building his resilience. Supported by a warm and loving family, he was nurtured in an encouraging environment that allowed him to be curious about his blindness, embracing it as a unique aspect of his identity.

Life wasn't always kind and easy for Juggy. He encountered his share of challenges, experiencing bullying and a lack of acceptance from the community as he grew up. Despite these obstacles, his unyielding determination and passion for music he continued to thrive on a path of creative expression and empowerment.

Juggy's musical journey includes significant achievements, to name a few: Runner-up  on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa (India national wide talent  hunt), Canadian Desi Idol, The Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, Winner of RedFM Idol  as well as releasing multiple albums. Recently, he has ventured into new territory with his English language duo, Tonal Vision, showcasing his boundless creativity.

But what truly sets Juggy apart is his inspiring story of triumph over adversity. Being blind since infancy, he has defied all odds and has chosen not to let any limitations define his dreams. Through his artistry and music, he aims to inspire others to embrace their uniqueness and overcome their own challenges.

We are truly grateful to have Juggy's presence with us today. As a busy and accomplished individual, his willingness to share his story and insights is both humbling and inspiring.
