To me, living your potential means reaching your potential for health, your potential for peace and joy, your potential for who you are, your potential with healthy relationships, your potential for what you do or the impact you make in this life. ultimately being who you want to be (maybe even greater than you can envision) and creating a life that feels aligned, feels on purpose, and lights you UP.
The purpose of this podcast is to help you live out your potential in this life. I mean, just imagine everyone living out their potential in the best way. Sounds pretty amazing if you ask me!
