In part 1 we discussed what insulin resistance is, and some ways to find out if you have it.  Today is focused on prevention and recovery.  If you're not insulin resistance, there are things you can do to insure that you don't become IR.  And if you are, or suspect you may be insulin resistant, there are numerous things you can do to recover that don't involve any pharmaceutical help whatsoever.  The body is an amazing machine and it knows how to heal itself when given the right ingredients.
