Fit Factor Podcast
Nathan Redmon is a Certified Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer, and a former basketball coach with 20+ years experience. But 4 years ago, at age 46, he was someone who was becoming a statistic. In a routine physical he weighed in at 243lbs and was diagnosed as a Type 2 diabetic with high blood pressure. He made a decision to change, transformed his lifestyle and body, and ultimately saved his life. He’s not an “influencer” or life long fitness buff. He’s a regular guy who overcame a lifetime of poor choices. Now he’s devoted to helping people just like him do the same thing. Change is possible!
