Speaker 1:

the brain thinks and the heart knows. So many people attribute knowledge and wisdom to what's going on in your brain. But there's this other amazing tool, and they actually found that there's more signals coming from your heart to your brain than there are from your brain to your heart. So who's really in charge?

Speaker 2:

Welcome to A Little Alignment. If you enjoy what you hear today, if you gain some value from our episode, please leave us a good rating and review at the end. Every single review counts. It really does make a difference. We would appreciate it with all our hearts. We're so glad you all are here with us, helping us create a little more alignment in the world. Okay, everybody, so we're coming in hot today with another. It was like part three, also Point two of our wellness series, because really something we wanted to make sure that we capitalize on here was the whole, the health and the wellness of the whole, and not just the body, not just the mind, and not just the spiritual, conscious, energetic component, and so we've talked about all of them already, but one. There's something that is really special to our Lauren is definitely in the realm of that soulful, spiritual, energetic realm and even a little bit body mind. I mean, it's all. Like I said in one of the past episodes, it's all connected, right, it's all the same whole.

Speaker 2:

You can't really access one or talk about one or utilize one without affecting the whole right. But today Lauren is going to teach us about something called heart math, and it's so fascinating. She introduced me to heart math when we first met, so a couple years ago, whatever, however long it was lifetime ago it's a different lifetime and what's really amazing about it to me.

Speaker 2:

the thing that really made me perk up is that we're starting to understand how the heart you know we've, historically speaking, given so much credit, if you will, to the brain, right, and we ventured into the gut and how that has affected the brain, and we've started to see how the brain is more mechanical and just like a communication system it's not necessarily the guy in charge and one of the things that we're starting to understand that Lauren is going to delve into on a deeper level here is that the heart has its own quote unquote like a mind of its own right.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, the heart is its own center. It isn't just for pumping blood, but it actually is like a little intelligent source and we can utilize that information once we know it and right again, harness it and enjoy it and appreciate it and all of that stuff. So, without further ado, love to say that let's dive in. So, lauren, I'm just going to turn it over to you and you educate us. Just tell us you know what is heart math in a way that we can understand it, because you know so much about it.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

So this is something that I found I guess it was probably around 2019 and a really good friend and mentor of mine had exposed me to it and told me about it, and at the time, it really helped me with anxiety.

Speaker 1:

I had a lot of anxiety and utilizing this as a tool to help was huge, and so I used it for myself and then, as I began coaching, I started to see really how heavily people could be in their heads and they weren't in alignment with their intuition, and I really feel and there's a lot of science to back this too which is what's really interesting about heart math is that your heart is actually such a connection point to your intuition and there's so much information and knowledge stored within your heart that can really help you tap into the intuitive side of yourself. So utilizing what I had learned for myself was huge, but also diving in deeper and I became a heart math certified mentor so that I could share it with my clients and help them get out of their head and move into their heart so that they could make more intelligent decisions about what they needed to do with their business or with their lives to move forward in a more aligned way.

Speaker 2:

I think that's really interesting. You put it that way like more intelligent, because I think we typically assign intellect to the mind. And you're saying that this is just harnessing another element of our awareness, and so, of course, it's going to be a more intelligent, a more informed and intelligent on that, like higher self plane right, yeah, that wiser version of yourself, Right?

Speaker 1:

Because I think that there's so much more information that we can work with when we're working with our full body. And that's actually like an analogy somebody had said is that we're driving our bodies around like a Ford, but in reality they're a Ferrari. They're such a sophisticated machine and when we don't have information around how they work, how it works and how to really optimize all of its functions, we're just not using it to its fullest ability. So we all have these beautiful Ferrari bodies that we're not leveraging all the way. So I think that's what.

Speaker 1:

I also really love about HeartMath is that it gives you information about how your body works, how to work with your body and, yeah, just make better decisions, create a more stable and resilient state for you to function from. So I'll get into all of this in more detail, but just to give everybody a little bit of background around what HeartMath is and it's H-E-A-R-T-M-A-T-H everybody's like HeartMap.

Speaker 2:

HeartMath Quick.

Speaker 1:

Math.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, Heart Edition.

Speaker 1:

HeartMath is a research institute out of Southern California that's done so much research in understanding the heart and brain connection and their whole thing that they've come upon is helping people to achieve what they call heart coherence. So their definition of heart coherence is the optimal state in which the heart, mind and emotions are aligned and in sync.

Speaker 2:

Amazing, Sounds like another version of being in resonance. Yes, so coherence and resonance are really synonyms.

Speaker 1:

What comes from being, from being heart coherent is. It enhances your ability to maintain composure through challenges. It can improve the relationship with your family and just anybody really like socially. When you're coming from a more coherent state, it reduces fatigue and exhaustion. It produces or actually promotes your body's natural regenerative process. So we'll get into, like, the energy side of this. But when you're in a coherent state, your energy is able to be more intentionally distributed to places that's necessary, rather than just trying to, like you know, be on a hamster wheel and keep you alive, but instead it's like, actually allows you to be at such a stable, coherent state that that energy can go to. Hey, maybe you've got some irregular cells or some crazy stuff going on here. Your body has the capacity to support that instead.

Speaker 2:

It's like it doesn't have to waste energy trying to get into that coherent state, and so it can be more creative, right right.

Speaker 1:

More productive, yeah, um. The heart coherent state also enhances your ability to think clearly, to find good solutions, to learn and retain information. It increases your intuitive intelligence. So this is where I say, like I was saying, like really tapping into that Intuition that we all have when we're not clouded by crazy thoughts. And the really cool part and this is where I think this is something that's just so valuable for literally everyone is it increases your emotional resilience.

Speaker 2:

Oh, that is huge.

Speaker 1:

That is huge because.

Speaker 2:

I think we tend to walk around thinking that our goal is to avoid pain Right, but really the goal is to be able to hold more pain. To be able to yeah like that, to create that resilience. It's not to hide from life, but to create, you know, more strength and more resilience for life and living and everything that comes with it.

Speaker 1:

Yeah to cope, yep, right, because we're not gonna just all go hide under our beds all day and that's not gonna be productive or help strengthen you in any way. But when you can become resilient, you're not affected. I kind of like the term like unshakable, like nothing's gonna shake you or affect you. In the same way, when you've been able to practice being in this state of heart coherence, it becomes the new baseline for your body, which increases your resilience. So life is going to happen. People are gonna be, you know, assholes. When they're gonna be assholes, things are gonna happen that you didn't want to happen. And With the ability to become heart coherent and allow that to be your sort of like default, your resilience goes up. So what, what? What heart math defines resilience, as is your capacity to prepare for, recover from and adapt in the face of stress, challenge your adversity. So, like I was saying, you basically become more unshakable.

Speaker 1:

Again, it just helps you to Function more properly, including your brain. So that's why you're making better decisions and it helps you to just like, flat out, feel better. You're not gonna be as stressed when you know something triggers you. Maybe the less resilient version of you would have become really energetically depleted because, like you got angry, you, you know, were frustrated, your heart rate went up and everything just kind of goes flying all wonky after that. But On the reverse side, when you've got that really nice staple resilience your body doesn't have to go into that fight or flight mode.

Speaker 1:

And again, it can use that energy to something that's gonna be more productive for you, right? So we just find out feels better to become resilient. Yeah, the more intelligent and more aware we can be about how we are utilizing our energy, it really helps us become more resilient. So, like I like to tell people like take a little mental note of where you feel like you are even right now, or where you are maybe most of the time, and it kind of helps you To understand what your normal baseline is. So, for example, there's the people that, like we know, have like a chip on their shoulder. They're like always ready to blow at any point in time. They don't have a healthy baseline.

Speaker 2:

Right, right. That's the indicator, your baseline being like your normal, like where you're coming from, right when you typically sit.

Speaker 1:

Then there's the people who like. For me like, the best example is my husband. Rob is Unbelievable or resilient.

Speaker 2:

It blows my mind some of the, some of the shit that I've come over and you're like this is going on and he's just like it's okay. Yeah, it's actually not, but Not for me. I'm just watching you guys and I'm stressed but yeah, I mean cuz shit happens?

Speaker 1:

you know, life happens yeah and some of the wildest stuff will happen and he'll just be like you know what, we'll figure it out, or okay, and he accepts it right and his baseline is so Healthy that he has really and that it's not something that came naturally. You know, right, he I mean maybe just during next set he's always been kind of like a chill dude, but he's worked really consciously to become this version of him and that also just for all the rest of us, it just shows it's possible.

Speaker 2:

Yes, exactly, I mean the the with the life happens, right, I mean there's ups and downs, but when you, when you up your baseline, then your lows don't get as low, right, and your highs actually can get higher, right You're? I mean that's with. The whole point of all of all of this stuff we've been talking about is for you to Bring your baseline up to a higher plane of experience. You know. Higher meaning like more elevated and more open, and Happier, joyful yeah. I mean.

Speaker 1:

So what you're essentially trying to do is experience the renewing emotions Versus the depleting emotions. So that's why I say, like, take note of where you stand, so that you kind of see where you want to go. Some people out there might already feel like, hey, I'm already experiencing a lot of really renewing emotions. I'm really conscious about working towards that every day, and so you've probably already established a healthy baseline. But even just to maintain it Really consciously, heart math has some, some tools to just make sure you stay in that place. So one thing that we are gonna do is, at the end, I'll actually walk us through one of the tools that heart math shares to help you Establish a healthy baseline and get into what they call heart coherence.

Speaker 2:

Mm-hmm.

Speaker 1:

So I'm gonna give you the knowledge right now, but then we're gonna test it out together at the end.

Speaker 2:

I love that, yeah.

Speaker 1:

so, again, we're trying to move out of the Depleting emotions and into the renewing emotions, and it's really, really important to know that you have the ability to do it. Mm-hmm, you can move yourself from Incoherence, which is when your mind and your body are out of whack, I mean, and like your heart, you know, and your heart rate is going.

Speaker 1:

You know, what I like to say is, like you know, when somebody really makes you angry, like you get super triggered and in the moment you cannot find the words to Either describe how you feel or to respond, because what's happened is your breathing has gotten so off that your brain is actually not oxygenated enough right to Properly function. Therefore, it's harder to make decisions, to come up with words, to articulate right.

Speaker 2:

It's more like we're about to either Fight someone, run away or pretend like we're dead already, play dead or try to. You know, fawn, you know. So it's totally.

Speaker 1:

It's not Concerned with thinking or right, because you can't, you're, yeah, like you go into that fight or flight mode right.

Speaker 1:

So you're incoherent and it feels like crap. And then later on, once you do move into more of a coherent state, you're thinking oh, my god, of course I always know exactly what I need to say like way after I'm not in this situation anymore. And it's shower. Yeah, the shower. Oh, because that's that's a really good oh Example. It happens in the shower because you're probably centered, your thoughts aren't running all wacky, which is why you get such good ideas. In the shower, too.

Speaker 2:

Your energy is protected because you don't have your phone or anyone else. Usually I mean sometimes, but If we're lucky and water also helps to process emotion, it's very calming and centering, Right.

Speaker 1:

So you're in more of a coherent state, typically in the shower. So that's why you get all those ideas of exactly what you should have said back then.

Speaker 2:

All the great comebacks.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah. So that's why, the more we can establish a healthy baseline and live in heart coherence, you're just becoming this amazing, unshakable warrior, and I love that. For us, anything like enthusiasm, kindness, happiness, excitement, gratitude is one of my favorites. Feeling peace those are the things that are actually going to give you energy.

Speaker 2:

Those are also, to put it into these terms, their high frequency vibrations. Right, those emotions are charged with a certain frequency and they're higher, yeah, versus energy giving.

Speaker 1:

For sure, yeah, Versus the depleting emotions, which is anger, sadness, frustration, anxiety, overwhelm, worry, self-doubt All of those things are going to be super depleting and so, as we're talking about the regenerative process, it gets hindered because your energy is going to these other things, these other places. So your body kind of, in the healing process, takes a back seat because it's experiencing these really heavy depleting emotions. So just yet another reason why it's like how can we shift to where those depleting emotions are not our go-tos? Right, your baseline is established in such a place to where we're not always on the verge of a depleting emotion but instead of renewing one.

Speaker 1:

So one of the techniques that is really really cool, that literally anybody can use when they're just trying to shift their state, is what they call the quick coherence technique, and essentially what it is is just heart-focused breathing. You can do this literally anytime, anywhere. The more you practice it the better. So literally while you're washing dishes, while you're brushing your teeth, while you're driving, all you have to do is breathe and make a sincere attempt to experience a regenerative feeling. Earlier I said I love gratitude, because you can always pull in gratitude for anything right, I woke up today.

Speaker 1:

I have a car, I have food to eat, I have a beautiful family, whatever it is. You can pull in gratitude or happiness, love by breathing. You're just breathing. But what you're going to do is center your attention on your heart and almost like imagine a visual of the air going right in to your heart with every inhale and right out of your heart with every exhale, and you just focus there to begin Just imagining the air is flowing in and out of your heart space. What that is doing right there is stopping whatever potential thought processes were going on before. It slows it down, so kind of like what we're talking about in the Mindset episode.

Speaker 1:

When you can bring in some stillness. That's going to increase your mindfulness because you now have clarity, and so, instead of you thinking a billion different things, you're now just envisioning air going in and out of your heart Simultaneously. What's happening is, with you thinking about your heart, you're putting energy into your heart, so it's again like where focus goes energy flows. So what's happening on a physical level is that your brain and your heart are linking up. This is creating coherence between your brain and your heart, and if you can start to imagine just that regenerative emotion of like pulling in gratitude, pulling in happiness.

Speaker 1:

Maybe you know, like I said, calling in some sort of gratitude for any particular one, two things Now. You might have been pissed off in the middle of traffic, but instead you decided to shift your thoughts and your focus and your attention onto your heart and your breathing. You are in a completely different state. Your breathing, your heart is pumping at a more optimal pace, and so you've now achieved that heart coherence, and so the more that you can do this, the more your body gets used to being at this state, which reestablishes your baseline, right yeah.

Speaker 2:

I was actually happened upon heart math and studying sound healing, because there's frequencies at play here, right, and in training, which is definitely a beat, musical, rhythm kind of thing, and what I found in the heart math world that you're talking about right now is that you know your brain waves can be entrained or influenced, right, and that's where the binaural beats come from, because you can put yourself into a more creative space or a sleep space or whatever, using frequencies, different frequencies, to entrain those brain waves to match it.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and that's what heart math does essentially right on a graph like it shows that the heart entrains the brain so that they're basically at the same frequency they're vibing, they're vibing and what else. I found that was really cool and if you have this in here we can, you know, repeat it twice even, because I think it's worth it. The heart frequency and the beats are measurable outside the body.

Speaker 2:

So far outside the body way farther than the brain. So it makes sense that the heart can entrain the brain. It seems like it's more powerful, right Even like those frequencies.

Speaker 1:

It's got a stronger frequency.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

What's wild and I'm so glad that you brought this in is that they actually so. They do tons of studies, really fascinating studies, but one that I'll touch on is they did a study where there was a person and their dog and so the owner was in one room and the dog was in another room and they had the what are the EKG monitors on both of them, the human and the dog and they measured the human when they were at an incoherent state and bring the dog into the room and because, like you said, those waves can be detected outside of the body, the dog's heart coherence actually shifted when they were around their owner and moved into an incoherent state because those waves adapted but kind of like they influenced them. So it shifted the state of the dog being in the room with the incoherent owner. Then they did the opposite, you know, got into heart coherence with the owner, brought the dog in and the dog then became heart coherent like the owner. So that just shows that it's impactful of those around you.

Speaker 1:

And I mean we've all been like in the situation where we're feeling good and then like all of a sudden, you know you meet up with someone and they're just not having a good day or they're just real low vibe and you're like, oh shit, and you don't have to say they don't have to say anything, you don't have to say anything. You just like, no, okay, like this isn't a good day. I could tell they were just not into it or their vibe was really bad, or somebody could even, you know, come back from a party and be like I don't know, the vibe was just off, but it's like a real thing because you can feel it and it happens subconsciously, obviously because we can't see anybody's. You know heart waves outside of their body.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it happens energetically, exactly Like the energetic part of us responds to that and puts up on it, Right?

Speaker 1:

so I mean, if not for yourself, do it for someone around you because and do it for yourself and do it for yourself for sure.

Speaker 1:

Do it for you, yeah, do it for you, but it will impact those around you. So I, like I said that last quick coherence technique, can be something that you do multiple times a day, because the more practice you get, the stronger and healthier your baseline gets, because what's wild is even short spurts of frustration have a lasting impact on your body. So the one that really gets me is that cortisol stays in your system for 12 hours after its initial release. What Yikes.

Speaker 1:

So you get stressed like, just you know it's something small, yeah your body releases cortisol, which is a good thing. Cortisol, we need cortisol but but when it's about something dumb like they messed up your order-.

Speaker 2:

For 12 hours. If you have like multiple bursts of Right you're just resetting the timer for 12 hours every time.

Speaker 1:

Ooh yeah, right. So cortisol increases aging because it's stressing the body, right, it's the depleting emotion Versus those renewing emotions create DHA and that's actually anti-aging. So, you know, they always talk about, like presidents, how they look at the beginning of their term versus the end of their term and how much they age over the you know four years span.

Speaker 2:

Maybe before it had kids versus-. Yeah, sorry about it, but four years before. Yeah, I'm serious, I really feel like it's aged to me, but that's so much of. That's a choice, right, like we can choose to stay stressed or we can utilize these tools and come back into coherence and, you know, not necessarily fall victim to the stress but create emotional resilience.

Speaker 1:

Yes, yeah. So then any of the little stuff that might have triggered you before just doesn't quite hit the same, because you and your body are just so used to functioning at that healthier baseline. Cool, so this helps you to create new neural patterns, it improves your decision-making abilities, but something like what I mentioned earlier is it really taps into your heart's intelligence and a lot of what heart math is about Dr Joe Dispenza brings into his teachings too. I think he's like on the board of heart math as well.

Speaker 1:

I don't know, I could be wrong, that would not surprise me, but I think he references the research at heart math a lot, and my favorite quote ever when I started learning all of this is the brain thinks and the heart knows.

Speaker 2:

I knew you were gonna say that I freaking love it. That's so good.

Speaker 1:

Yes, because, like you said at the beginning of this episode is like so many people attribute knowledge and wisdom to what's going on in your brain. But there's this other amazing tool, and they actually found that there's more signals coming from your heart to your brain than there are from your brain to your heart. So who's really in charge? Right, it makes you question. So what you're?

Speaker 2:

trying to say is listen to your heart.

Speaker 1:

I wanna go for you.

Speaker 2:

I literally have been waiting this whole episode. To say that that's a tough job. It popped into my mind like immediately. It was like oh no, it's coming out, it's a boy. That is incredible, Like that really because your brain can think and think and think, and think, and think and think.

Speaker 1:

But there is always that intuitive paying, that knowing, the knowing right, and when you can quiet the brain down enough and really focus your attention on your heart to listen to what's going on there, whether that's through a feeling or a sensation or just like a knowing, that is you tapping into your heart and there's so much knowledge and wisdom there.

Speaker 1:

So it takes practice and I will say it's gonna happen through your coherent state. It's not gonna happen in a state of incoherence, which is again why you really need to practice this, why they have the quick coherence technique, so that it can be something you really build into your routine to help build this within yourself. The quick coherence technique, like I said, you could do anytime, anywhere. The more the better, the more the better with this next technique too. But I wanna actually walk you guys through it, and this one is just called a heart lock in. It's something that I like to look at as more of a meditation. It could be something you do quickly, like within a couple of minutes, or it could be something that you take a little bit more time with.

Speaker 1:

I'm gonna run us through a quicker version today. This is such a cool, powerful way of shifting the way you feel and to get into a renewing heart-coherent state. So if you're driving or you're listening to this in a place where you can't actually close your eyes and be focused and go inward for a few minutes, I would say pause it here and then come back to me. Come back to me. I am.

Speaker 2:

I do have a song for literally everything, so challenge accepted. Okay, if you are in a place where you can be meditative, let's all close our eyes together. I'm gonna do it with you.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. So what I want you to do is get into a comfortable position where you can sit and be for a few minutes, close your eyes and put your hand over your heart and just become familiar with the way that that feels under your hand, to feel your heart beating there in your chest, and you don't have to say anything or respond in any of these scenarios. All this is taking place right inside of you. So we're gonna start with breathing and just start to imagine with every single inhale, the air is moving right into your heart and with every exhale, the air is moving right out of your heart. And we're just gonna sit here for a few moments, but keep your attention on your heart space. With every inhale and every exhale, keep it going. Keep your attention on your chest, focused on your heart, breathing right in and right out of your heart with every breath.

Speaker 1:

Now what I'd like you to do is start to recall a time when you felt really at peace. This can be anytime. This can be from when you were little. This can be from a year ago, a month ago, yesterday, just remembering a time when you felt really peaceful. When you have that memory in mind, I want you to start to recall all of the different emotions that you felt surrounding that memory. What did it feel like to be experiencing that emotion at that time?

Speaker 1:

Then, what I want you to do is, one by one, start to imagine that you're breathing every single one of those emotions surrounding that memory right in and right out of your heart space, just like before. Keep your attention on your chest, but imagine that you're breathing those emotions in one by one, with every breath. Keep it going. Keep your attention on your heart space, breathing in each of those emotions, for just a few more moments. Take your last few breaths here, in and out of the heart space. You can stay here if you'd like, and you can put us on pause or, when you're ready, you can open up your eyes. Tell me how you're feeling.

Speaker 2:

I feel so good. I feel like my heart rate went down Noticeably. It was interesting because I was picturing myself in a place and I was right back there. I could have opened my eyes and been right there. It's interesting how it can transport you energetically, emotionally, back to that experience. I've called on it and I felt it. It's been a busy last couple of months and that immediately, especially today and this week lots of my mind in that moment it just went quiet. I feel like I've reconnected with that essence of myself, which is my heart Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, well, that's awesome, and you did it all with nothing but just intention and some breathing.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, you know I do. When you tell me this heart lock in. I use it all the time.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Because I do feel, like you know, the heart is the essence of the self. Like I said, it's like the. It is a very clear pathway back to you. Like really you right. Yeah, and with so much going on all the time in this modern day, it's such a helpful tool to utilize so quickly, cause that was, you know, quick. But I've even done quicker ones, where I just immediately drop into the emotion and I channel it and I, you know I drop into that space and it's really effective.

Speaker 1:

And it can be tailored to whatever you need. So today I randomly just decided that I wanted to call in peace, in the feeling of peacefulness, but appreciate that.

Speaker 2:

Needed that Love that.

Speaker 1:

So for somebody else, maybe they want to call in joy or they want to call in confidence. Just depending on what you're experiencing you can call in any of those renewing emotions and say, okay, what is a memory of a time I felt competent, right, this is a great way to prime yourself for maybe giving a presentation, for doing something that you're a little bit nervous about, like stepping into that badass version of yourself because it's going to send you into that energetic state. And how freaking magical, because your body stores energetic memory. When you call in that memory, that emotion is going to trigger you feeling exactly the way you felt at that point in time. So how freaking cool is that, like you can just shift into whatever state you want, whenever you want, wherever you are.

Speaker 2:

That's your superpower when you use this tool. That is super cool and you know. What's really interesting is the number one killer in our country is heart disease, and I know there's a correlation there between the connection that we have with our hearts and the awareness of our hearts and listening to them and like we talk about we've talked about so many times that disease equates to disease and quite literally, that is killing more people than anything else in this country is heart disease.

Speaker 2:

Or heart dis-ease, so that's interesting to bring into the conversation and to think about how important this is, not only to thriving but even to just surviving. And anyway, thank you for sharing your knowledge with us and this little tool that we can take with us to continue to utilize and tap into the intelligence and the healing and all of the power that the heart holds. We can harness that a little better.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I mean, it's just this incredible, incredible thing that lives within us and we either listen to it or we don't, but, like you said, it's either gonna send us into disease or make us into these like superhuman, amazing beings that we're meant to be. I choose the latter thank you, yeah, and I honestly just like scratch the surface when it comes to talking about heart math and all of the incredible knowledge they have around what's going on within your body as it pertains to your heart, and just like I mean, it's incredible.

Speaker 1:

So I highly, highly, highly recommend going to heartmathcom. There's a really cool documentary that they created that gives you more information about them and what they do and just all the fun science stuff that like gives you just like what, like mind blowing moments when you realize what's going on. Yeah, it's just such a cool tool. It's been life changing for me. It's been super helpful for my clients, whether it's navigating, just emotional things, personal things, and the majority of what I've used it on is people starting businesses who are?

Speaker 1:

like really in their head and they're questioning themselves and like, well, should I do this or should I do that? And honestly, like I can give guidance. But I know that these people, they have the answers within them and, as long as they have the tools to tap into their own wisdom and guidance around what's best, that's how they're gonna create the most sustainable and best business for them. So this has been a tremendous tool in helping people in their careers as well. Just to like, step into the most empowered version of themselves.
