This show is dedicated to helping you challenge negative self-beliefs and develop a healthy internal monologue. To help you make space and time to develop consistency, freedom, and confidence! If you don’t feel a sense of belonging or feel worthy of love and connection; Liber is someone who’s had a similar journey. She is a survivor of complex trauma and can understand deep issues like; self-hatred, bulimia, and addiction. She’s healed from and overcome so much pain and is now living a life free of extreme PTSD episodes and social anxiety. Her once fearful self wouldn’t believe she is now living a meaningful, faith-filled life of purpose with her beloved family and has had the courage to start a Blog (Libier.com), YouTube channel, self-published 2 books, The Butterfly Key and Through The Wilderness (available on Amazon!) and her dream job of being paid to be on TV! Nothing is impossible with God! Our prayer is that with this podcast you would be courageous to show up for your life! If she can build courage, so can you! It’s already in you can you see it?
