Anne Lafère

Anne Lafère became CEO of Easyfairs Group on 1 September 2022, after joining in 1998. She has worked closely with founder Eric Everard, gaining deep expertise across marketing, sales, operations, venue management, talent, tech, and business development. Appointed Managing Director of Easyfairs Belgium in 2010 and Group COO in 2014, she led major European acquisitions and built a centralized tech backbone, industrialized processes, and group-wide training programs. Her work enabled scalable success across regions and sectors. She also founded The Easyfairs Academy and developed the company’s digital and data intelligence roadmap, including EasyGo—now contributing 10% of Group revenue.
