Brian Weaver is Chairman and CEO of Torch.AI, which he founded in 2017 to help the U.S. defense and intelligence community operationalize AI in high-risk environments. With 20+ years of experience leading mission-driven tech companies, Brian is known for accelerating innovation through self-funded R&D and delivering ready-to-deploy solutions. He also serves as President of AFCEA Kansas City and is a trustee of The U.S. Army University/CGSC Foundation. Previously, he acquired and scaled MEDQOR into a data-powered healthcare media leader. Brian’s ventures have served over 10 million users, won multiple Inc. 500 awards, and earned him recognition as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. A former elite Ironman competitor and Forbes-featured thought leader, he lives in Kansas City with his family and maintains a residence in Arlington, VA.
