Lucky Gunasekara
Lucky Gunasekara is the CEO and Co-Founder of Miso Technologies, Inc., and an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with a dynamic background across multiple industries. He began his career as an Intellectual Property Analyst at Dube Technologies, focusing on R&D and patent analysis. In 2009, he co-founded Medic Mobile, a healthcare technology startup, where he served as Managing Director. As CIO at Metabiota from 2010 to 2012, he led the development of an epidemic surveillance system. His advisory role with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation from 2012 to 2014 saw him contribute to healthcare innovation.
Lucky’s expertise extends to academic and research roles, including serving as a Technologist in Residence at Cornell Tech and as Senior UX Researcher at Tapstack. From 2015 to 2017, he was Senior Advisor at the Peterson Center on Healthcare, where he helped develop an evidence-based model for primary care transformation.
