Hopeful and Wholesome: Wellness, Human Design & Somatic Healing for High-Achieving Women and Entrepreneurs
You were never meant to override yourself into success.
The Hopeful & Wholesome Podcast is where high-achieving women and female entrepreneurs come back to their bodies, and start asking the question nobody else is asking: what if the system itself is making you sick?
Host Hope Pedraza — Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Human Design Guide, NLP Practitioner, and Reiki Practitioner — brings weekly conversations at the intersection of functional health for women, Human Design, nervous system healing, and the deconstruction of everything that taught you to abandon yourself in the first place.
This is where we stop seeing burnout as a personal failure and see it as a predictable outcome of systems — hustle culture, purity culture, performance culture, and patriarchal conditioning — that were never designed with your body in mind.
Each week we go deep on:
- Functional labs, hormone health, and root-cause healing for women
- Human Design embodiment, energetics, and body intelligence
- Nervous system regulation and somatic healing for high achievers
- Subconscious reprogramming, NLP, and reclaiming inner authority
- Deconditioning from religious trauma, patriarchal systems, and "good girl" programming
- Burnout recovery, women's wellness, and the fully reclaimed woman
This is for the woman who's done being good, done being small, and ready to understand, at the root, why her body has been carrying what her culture never let her put down.
This is where the reclamation begins: from the inside out.
