SPEAKER_00That's right. Couldn't have said it any better. We are here to help all you midlife women redefine your relationships, ditch those toxic cycles, and reclaim your power one episode at a time.
Why Spicy Confidence Now
SPEAKER_01That's right. And we are going to have a very interesting little tidbit conversation with you guys today because we're pretty excited to announce and roll out the next step in this spicy midlife woman journey. And that is stepping into spicy confidence, a coaching program that we are starting. And it's a one-on-one program, and we're going to tell you a little bit about it today. We're only taking three clients, actually, because we really want to invest time one-on-one with all of you, getting yourself into the spiciness that you are, right?
The Midlife Struggles We Hear
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah, that's right. And I love the one-on-one part to Julie's point, so that we can spend quality time with the ones that decide to do this program with us. It is for midlife women specifically who want to start showing up as the most confident version of herself. I think we as midlife women think about it sometimes. And there's a lot of things that you probably listen to when you're listening to our episodes that you want to put into play. And this one-on-one coaching program is a way for you to be able to really implement some of those things. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01It's funny, we were talking, I was out of town. This is a great example. We we talk about the coaching, becoming spicy, trying to find yourself really redefining, you know, who you are when you get into this stage in your life. And I had met some women over the last couple of days from different states and stuff, but in very similar places to Michelle and I, except maybe a few years behind us, because their children are still, you know, teenagers or even, you know, like almost teenagers, kind of a thing. And I'm telling you, Michelle, I was listening to these ladies and I'm like, oh my God, they so need this. Because it's like they just need a they need some help with a voice, kind of making them understand or helping them understand that they're not alone when they're going through all of the stuff that their body's experiencing. The things they were telling us, I was like, oh my gosh, it's like grandma's day. Yeah. You know, we've been there, done that. So that's what we're excited about because we're able to really give some guidance and talk through unique circumstances with all of you. All of you are different. You're all gonna have different things that you're wanting to focus them on. So doing that on a one-on-one basis really focuses that time and attention on you and you only. And that's what I'm thinking is gonna be pretty cool about that.
The Transformation We Aim For
SPEAKER_00Because everybody's circumstances are different, right? Right. Yeah. Some of the things, let's talk about uh some of what the transformation might be for somebody that decides to participate in this coaching program. Um, some of the things that you can expect are going to be being able to, you're gonna go from uh cut that part. We want you to be able to show up with grounded natural confidence that doesn't waver. And we're gonna be able to give you tools and some of the things that will assist, depending on what your circumstances are, for you to be able to do that. Like we were saying, it's gonna look different for everybody, but we're gonna be able to distinctively help with whatever that is in your life.
SPEAKER_01Another key piece of that also is learning how to set boundaries for yourself without feeling guilty about it, without asking for permission for it. And a lot of people will perceive some of these things as more quote unquote selfish, I think, because that's the way we have really evolved through the years as we think taking care of ourselves or spending more time with our art on us is a selfish thing, and it really isn't. So we really need to kind of break that pattern and that cycle of thinking and give you permission with lots of different options that we might have available depending upon your circumstances to kind of get past that and to be able to set those inner boundaries and feel really good about it.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. We also want women to be able to feel connected. We want you to be able to feel connected with yourself in every aspect of your life. And that is gonna look like a lot of different things because every aspect you think that's a lot of aspects. But you know, some of you might have to Julie's point, like these ladies, you know, the last few days that she met. You might have teenagers, you might have adult children, you might have younger children, children, children. Yeah, yeah, that's that's a great point, Julie. And being able to talk about those things and what that looks and feels like to be connected and how it matters with, I'm gonna bring it back to being spicy because it's stepping into that confidence that we like to call spiciness. And we want women to be able to experience that if they are not connected with that.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, a lot of the things we talk about have to do with confidence. It's funny, people have a different interpretation of what spicy means. Michelle and I were just talking about this a little while ago. I mean, a lot of people attribute it to uh topics around sex, which I mean, some of it is is around about your sexuality, sure. Your sexuality, but it's about so much more. You know, spiciness really in my mind is about your uh confidence and what you bring to the table. And so that's what we're really trying to focus on from a transformation perspective for women who are really interested in just living in their new found self and feeling super good about it and getting to that point where they feel like they don't have to ask permission for things, where they can trust their own decisions um instead of questioning themselves or getting permission or you know, the approval stamp from the people around you, you know. So these are all very easy things to say and not necessarily easy things to do. So we want to talk through some of those intricate details and you know, send you on your way with some good skill sets that we can hopefully put in play and you're gonna see a transformation from them.
SPEAKER_00And also helping, you know, giving uh tools to be able to express yourself more freely and what your desires are, and being able to voice that and act out on it, create whatever that looks like within your life and claim whatever whatever it is those things are.
Inner Confidence Meets Outer Presence
SPEAKER_01And embracing, you know. Yeah, embracing a lot of that. Um so those are all like internal things. One of the uh components to this coaching program is all about the external and how you show up as well. And a lot of us have uh confidence in our appearance, in what we how we carry ourselves, but a lot of us don't and or haven't quite figured out how to do that or what gives them the feeling of feeling powerful and comfortable. So from the external standpoint, we'll spend some time on that too. And that could be anywhere from hairstyles, it could be clothing, it could be an attitude. There's a million different ways that we'll approach it, but that's gonna be a really thin final session that we'll have.
How The Program Works
SPEAKER_00Something to look forward to. That's right. The whole thing.
SPEAKER_01So let's just quickly talk about the process.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
SPEAKER_01So once someone is interested in this and decides to sign up for it, and again, we only have three spots. So there will be a waitlist application that'll be in our show notes and it'll be on our TikTok Instagram page in the stand store. Once you're signed up, you'll get a welcome email. You'll have an intake form that has a lot of questions and detail on there that we need to be able to help coach and create things that work specifically for you.
SPEAKER_00Because we want to be able to personalize whatever is that the needs are specifically for you.
SPEAKER_01And you might not know what they are. You know, it's like you just know that you want it to be a little more spicy, but you're not quite sure how. These are all the things we want to talk about. We would have six different sessions with you. They would be uh Michelle and I together, and these would be on Zoom, and we would be talking through things that we provide for you in advance, some of the things on the intake form, but also there's specific focuses for each one of these sessions. And it's a three-month program. So every couple weeks, and give or take a day or two, you know, we we would have these things scheduled with you. But the first session would be a little longer, about a about an hour, because we would be doing some housekeeping things and obviously talking through what to expect, that sort of thing. There'd be challenges that you take away with you. And uh probably the one thing I'm really looking forward to too is the messaging support that we would be providing and going back and forth with you on. It there is no silly question. There's nothing that you would ever feel uncomfortable or be embarrassed about with us, but you have the ability to ask any questions you want, and we will very comfortably answer those questions for you, no matter how difficult they are.
SPEAKER_00Well, because to Julie's point, we're gonna, you know, we're gonna give you things to be working on, depending on, you know, what it is you want to accomplish through this program. So that support one-on-one throughout is gonna be really important. And we're gonna be there to be able to do that for you, help you through any scenarios, situations, whatever it might be. So um, like Julie was saying, six 45-minute phone calls, you'll get the support one-on-one throughout the whole process. We're gonna have what we call call to action. So things that you're gonna be working on, tools to be able to help you uh throughout and to be able to move forward in becoming this spicy midlife woman.
SPEAKER_01We want to impart the knowledge that we've we've really accumulated over time. And, you know, nobody's perfect. We obviously are continuing to learn along the way, but we're really excited to be your cheerleaders essentially on this journey that you're on and really get into it with you and spend some one-on-one quality time and help you achieve the things that you want to achieve to make your life more vibrant, more full, more fun, more sexy, you know, whatever you want it to be. And uh we'll go from there.
