Dr Chang Park (MBBS, MRCGP, IBLM) is a GP, Board-certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician and Yoga Teacher based in London.  Her journeys in both Medicine and Yoga inform each other, believing we nurture optimal health through dedicated attention to our many layers - physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual.  She loves animals, the sea and laughing out loud.
