I’ve over 15 years experience practicing medicine here in the UK. In this podcast series, I’m going to take that experience and bring expert speakers to you and use this pod as a tool to educate and empower people to make better lifestyle choices, looking at the evidence base on how we can prevent, treat and reverse lifestyle-related chronic conditions and hormonal issues. We look specifically at the principles of lifestyle medicine which include
1. Nutrition focusing on low carb, fasting and ketosis
2. Exercise cardo, strength, flexibility and balance (yoga)
3. Sleep
4. Mental Health/Stress Management
5. Avoiding toxins (environment and in food/smoking, drinking)
6. Healthy relationships
