We look specifically at the principles of lifestyle medicine which include

Today my guest speaker is Dr Charlotte Marriott, a Consultant adult NHS Psychiatrist specialising in Early Intervention in Psychosis, a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician and a nature-based coach. Shes been working in the NHS for nearly 20 years. She likes to inspire and empower people to make small changes to their lifestyles to improve their physical and mental health and well-being.
