Mike - The Northwoods Beer Guy

Here is just a little info on me:

    * Rated over 4,200 beers on Untappd
    * Visited over 100 craft breweries in the upper midwest

I love trying new craft beers with some of the best people in the world. I pitched the idea of this podcast to them and they wanted to be a part of it. That is how this came to be.

Brian, Jim, Bryan (BK) and Brian - I would not be able to do this without your enthusiasm, knowledge, ideas and of course, beer! Like the signs says, "Good Friends, Good Beer, Good Times", and that is what we always have when we are together.

Brian - The Best Voice in Podcasting

Brian is the "newest" member of our beer group.

He still has a go to beer, that is not a craft beer, but we are working on it!

Has come a long way when it comes to craft beer and picking up on the different tastes that are present.

I was approached by Mike to contribute to this podcast, and I could not have said yes fast enough. All great beers should be shared by friends as that is part of what makes them great.

I fell in love with craft beers on a 6 week business trip to London, UK. Besides an occasional Guinness, beer was beer. Those pub crawls showed me a whole new world that I never knew existed. I've had craft beer on 5 continents, and have been truly impressed with how far the US has come!

Thanks to Mike, the other Brian's and Jim for the opportunity to share the experiences and good times. CHEERS! (and don't forget to feed the yeast)

I consider myself a novice in the craft beer arena because of my lack of years of experience. Even though I have not tracked each of the beers that I have partaken with the Northwoods Beer guy, I have enjoyed the beerful adventure.

Where I lack in brewing knowledge, I appreciate the dedication of those who do brew and have the innate ability to create some wonderfully beerasgmic tasting craft beers.  Opening a new craft beer is like Christmas morning, you just never know what it’s going to taste like.
