Riffing on human potential & rejecting Unidimensionalilty.
Welcome back, Thinking Athletes!
In this podcast, I share my thoughs on what it means to be hybrid. From resistance training to endurance, movement and mobility, and the foundational role of nutrition and lifestyle. Basically everything that gets me out of bed in the morning.
My goal is to unravel the complexities of fitness science and present them in a way that's not only comprehensive but also easily understandable...and applicable.
Whether you're here to broaden your knowledge or refine your training approach.
Glad you are here.
The interval
Why you need more easy training
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
This is an episode about the boring, not Instagram worthy training that we all need for maximum fitness and performance gains.
If you think you are doing easy training...you probably aren't (I'm pretty confident about this)
In this episode, I talk about :
- what "easy" actually means
- how does it correlate to our physiology
- the types of adaptations you get from training easy
- low tech ways to figure out the right training zone
- how to incorporate into your training program
No matter what your goals are, trust me you shouldn't overlook this one!
