Simply Soph
Hi girls 🫶🏼 I’m so happy you’re here. Welcome to Simply Soph.
This is a space for the girls figuring it out in real time. The ones Googling symptoms at 2am, questioning their birth control, overthinking text messages, and trying to balance wellness without spiraling. Here we talk about health, hormones, relationships, social media, and mental health. The vulnerable stuff. The “is this normal?” stuff.
Simply Soph is about making hard conversations feel less complicated. Stripping away the pressure to be perfect and saying the quiet thoughts out loud. Think coffee with a big sister who gives you validation, gentle hard truths, and real resources when you want to go deeper. I’ll sometimes bring in guests for extra perspective, and in our Simply Yours segment, your stories and questions take the mic.
No pretending. No perfection. Just real conversations while we figure it out together.
