16. perfectionism, is it a strength or a weakness?
In this week's episode, let's talk about perfectionism. Is it a strength or a weakness? Does it hinder you from developing resiliency? I've been a perfectionist since age 4, and I don't know where it came from, but we're working through it. I feel like it's my superpower but also one of my biggest weaknesses.
