The Monthly Mettle Challenge continues.   This month, it's all about yoga, but I hate yoga.  It's time consuming, I'm not good at it, and it hurts sometimes.  That said, I know it is good for me physically and mentally.  Sometimes life is like that.  If I want to grow, I need to do things intentionally that are difficult.   This is the basis of the Monthly Mettle Challenge.   Forging your mettle is an intentional act.
