Tips To Prevent Overwhelm When Starting
Starting can be SO overwhelming because we want to do it all at first because we feel like we HAVE to. Good new we dont, because when you start to do to much at the beginning that is when you are more likely to quit.
Its ok to start slow, its ok that its going to take time. There is NOTHING that will make it happen over night. So instead of this on and off again cycle, start slow.
