Why Isn't Healthy The Goal
The most common goals I hear are, I want to be skinny, I want to lose x amount of pounds, I want to wear a size x ( insert small number), I want to look good for bikini season. But why is no one ever talking about their goal being to improve their health, yes losing wt can help with your health, but that only goes so far if you are still talking down to yourself, thinking negatively about yourself or their body, not to mention the disease processes going on inside like diabetes, pre diabetes, thyroid issues, adrenal fatigue, depression, anxiety, etc.
How can you improve your health without focusing on a superficial aspect?
