Counting calories or macros is such a popular thing now days, and not that there is anything wrong with it, but if youve been down that road than you know how much you dont like it. And for so long I thought that was the only way, count and be fit or dont count and dont be fit. But what if you could get back into intuitive eating with out all the counting, just fill your plate, eat, be satisfied and be healthy, dream come true right.
