After being in the hospital with my daughter, I just realized you truly important it is to advocate for yourself when it comes to your health, it can be life saving. Not that doctors dont know their stuff, cuz they do, but they also can bully, manipulate and make you feel bad for not listening and following their direction since they are the "professional" Work on saying No in situations that you want to say No initially, make that muscle strong
