I know how easy the common thought process " Ill do it tomorrow" is to fall back on, but is that setting you up for being successful?
I always think ill pack my lunch in the morning, or ill only have a couple oreos, and before you know it the half of package or oreos is gone and your lunch turns into going out.
If you want to reach your goals consistently then you need to be setting yourself up for success whenever you can so that temptations and excuses arent so easy to come by.
