Food labels love to scream at you from the shelf " healthy" on the front but the nutrition label and ingredient list tell the real story. With the new craze of protein everything it's important that we arent falling for these marketing gimics, we still need to be turning over the package and reading labels, just because the front of the package looks appealing doesnt make it a healthy choice.
