So, what can we do about it so we don't let the busyness take over and prevent us from living in the present? I got you!
Join me as I share tons of ideas, tools, tips and tricks to better our lives and remember that we deserve to feel present, aware and thankful no matter what level of crazy busyness we have going on.
This podcast is a safe space for us to feel out the stressful moments, to know we are not alone in all our struggles, and to remember their worth is not defined by the length of their to do list. We are here to cheer each other on and encourage each other to be our best, most authentic selves. Living a life of genuine intention and being a badass while doing it!

Heathy For The Holidays!
This time of year I get asked so many questions about how to get abs, or lose weight, or gain muscle, or YOU NAME IT!
So I sat down and made a list of 10 things I reccommend when people ask me these questions. Here are my top 10 things I highly suggest you focus on this year rather than getting abs or whatever unnecessary or unrealistic physical goals you have that are taking up your mind that you think will happen in less than 2 months.
There is nothing wrong with physical goals at all! However, this time of year is about more than that. Instead...
1. Stay hydrated
2. Rest up
3. Keep your routine as much as possible
4. Be mindful of your food (this is a HARD one, so please be patient with yourself <3)
5. Be present
6. Remember your WHY
7. "What you do between Jan-Nov is more important than what workouts you get in Nov-Jan" ... Consistency is key
8. Put the phones DOWN
9. Practice stress management
10. Find the joy in each day
