How to Safely Lose Weight & Cut Calories: My Do's and Don'ts
Happy New Year, everyone!
If your new year's resolution is to get healthy and lose weight, I GOT YOU! Most importantly, I am here to ensure you do so SAFELY. So many people want to lose weight, but…
- They don’t know how
- They don’t know where to start
- They don’t have a plan
- (And worst of all) they are doing it for the wrong reasons
You CAN successfully lose weight! In fact, I am doing a cut too! But, you know what I am not doing?
- I am NOT depriving my body of food
- I am NOT excessively cutting calories too fast
- I am NOT purchasing programs and products that say things like “How to get abs in 10 days”
- (And best of all) I am NOT doing this for anyone other than myself or for any other reason than the fact that I love my body and my body is mentally able to complete this challenge, and I am actually so excited for it!!
