Boy, do I have a story for you! Today we are gonna get really deep. I had my therapy session last weekend just like I do every Sunday, and what started off pretty basic got deep REAL fast.
In today's episode, you are going to learn how to come together with your past self, and create the life you want to live. Yes, there's a lot of negatives in the world. Yes, our dreams and goals are meant to be big and therefore we won’t see progress overnight… but I promise you this. Commit to yourself. Commit to your growth. Commit to doing the pain in the butt everyday things that are hard but you know they will get you what you want.
There’s a past version of you (or 2) that is waiting for you to grow. That is waiting for you to heal with them instead of against them, and the current version of you is waiting for this too.
