You know what word I feel like I hear more nowadays?
Triggered.
Oh I’m so triggered, or that triggered me or she’s getting really triggered right now; and I’m actually really glad this is more common because this means we are talking more about our feelings and unpacking our emotions… but we just don’t all see it that way yet.
In this episode you will get to meet my cousin Irene Markulik who is a registered dietician, intuitive eating coach, and real estate agent, and she has some amazing truth bombs on triggers that we unpack together. I even have some ah-ha moments during the episode that I truly didn’t even think were triggers for me until we talked about them!
