Today’s episode will answer the question many of you might be wondering about: to Kegel or not to Kegel. A lot of people do not know what a Kegel is that’s why I want to educate you about what it is, how you might be overdoing it, and when a Kegel is appropriate to help with a pelvic floor symptom.
