Send us a text

In honor of Dick Van Dyke's 100th Birthday, we are laughing to send our love and appreciation to Dick Van Dyke!

Sing and Laugh with us:

"Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!" and Laugh!

Thank you Mr. Van Dyke for sharing your love, light, laughter, joy, talents, and gifts with the world.

You are so loved and appreciated!

Send me a note to let me know how you're feeling and if you're going to laugh with us again tomorrow.

------------------------------

Why are we laughing?

We are choosing to laugh as an exercise for the well-being of the mind, body, and spirit.

The body can't distinguish between spontaneous "real" laughter or simulated laughter. Even if we are simulating (or faking) the laughter, we are still getting all of the incredible benefits of laughter. How cool is that!

Be gentle with yourself.

Remember, choosing to laugh is a practice, and one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
