Podcast is dedicated for those looking to build stability and strength in their lives through mastery of their emotions. Without this mastery these emotions can turn to dark thoughts and ruin our lives if we let them.
I know this because I was someone who deeply struggled with my own damaging thoughts and wild emotions I felt about myself. Thats why I started this journey over 2 years ago. To daily take the time to find proven research, tips, tricks and hacks acquired from other outstanding professionals to help take control of my emotional state; to harness it to become the best version of myself.
My hope is that listening to these video will inspire you to make positive changes in your life which in turn will be me living out my purpose on this earth.

Jedi's from Star Wars are by far one of the coolest, calmest and most badass characters in any movie saga. These characters could do a range of amazing feats but would be easily described by 3 main components; using lightsabers, precognition and force abilities.
In this episode I share how we too have access to our own versions of these three powerful abilities, which will help you become emotionally cool, calm and badass in any situation just like a Jedi. I go into depth with how powerful these abilities are that we all have, and share a few of my own personal experiences using them.
