1min 38 - QUESTION 1 - Handling comments on weight loss when weight loss is not intentional and you prefer not to directly discuss your weight with those outside of a trusted circle - eg a friend of a friend or co-worker remarking on weight loss and not dropping the subject.
11min 18 - QUESTION 2 - How do you handle feelings/emotions popping up at the most inopportune times when you absolutely cannot take the time right at that moment to sit with and process them? Like in the middle of the work or school day. How do you shove them back down or cram them into a box to deal with later when you can be more prepared to sit with them for as long as necessary?
23min 34 - QUESTION 3 - How do you stop negative thoughts getting back in. When you feel you’re making progress and then the negative thoughts sneak back and makes you feel like you’ve been fooling yourself and that you haven’t made the process you thought.
