0.42min - Q1 - I’ve stopped to follow a diet and an exercise plan but I know that I’m eating to mutch and I don’t exercise at all. Can you please tell me how to change my food and exercise plan to make sure I feel good without falling into the diet industry again ! I just feel really lost it’s like I can’t be moderate. I’m in an extreme or the other and it stresses me out ! 

14.17min - Q2 - I would like to know what to do when you don’t understand what you feel. Indeed, when I try to see what’s in my body I feel a pressure in my cheast most of the time or I don’t feel anything (no movement, no weight, my feelings don’t have any color or anything) … I feel anxious or empty and that’s it ! What can I do to allow my feelings to exist in my body and finally listen to them. How can I make my brain and body understand that is okay to have feelings that they are going to be listened, seen, and validated ?
