21m05s - Q3 : I genuinely feel like I understand my thoughts surrounding my eating habits so much more clearly and have made so many conscious decisions over the past few weeks that I'd have never made before (thank you for that). However, at the weekend we celebrated my husband's birthday which led to me drinking and then overeating. I have this strange feeling that I'm back to square one again and keep saying to myself "That's just your old thoughts and inner critic shouting about your apparent failures!" and then as I start to ease up on myself I think "Ooh, well that got you off the hook!" Ha ha! Any advice for not driving yourself crazy with regrets over chaotic eating.....because that inner critic makes me want to eat! ;)
