00:41 - Q1 I’ve been hiding behind baggy clothes and black clothes for a long period of time (we talking years if not decades). Even though I haven’t lost huge amount of weight or dress size I feel better and want to change my wardrobe but I’m not sure where to start. Also I’m not sure I’m ready to deal with all the compliments 😂 What I mean by that is people will be shocked to see me new. I already don’t know how to deal with basic compliments so I just say thank you and move on.
07:30 - Q2 Whilst I do understand the need to focus on non-scale victories, is it OK to celebrate scale victories? After all, the reason we all joined this program is to lose weight.
